Went online to purchase an "in-stock" item to pick up in store, only to receive a call stating that it was the wrong item listed online as "in-stock". The clerk said they would cancel the order and she ensured me that my card would not be charged. Of course, when I went online to check my card, it had been charged. This was 04/16/16. As of today, I STILL have not been refunded the amount that was charged for an item I never received. I have been getting the run around and have spoken with so many representatives who all stated different refund... Read more

he was cursing at employees! yelling and belittling them in front of guests! treats them like garbage! threatens with termination will not relocate them to other stores! this manager(david) is nasty and needs to be transferred somewhere else! this store always had polite managers this one is rude!! he treats his staff like they owe him something and they are beneath him!(needs to be drug tested) toys r us middle village needs a new manager asap! the store is not organized and hes always outside taking a "smoke" break!i hope someone will see... I Love ToysRUS I want to enter a complaint about the BabysoSweetDoll 16".... The frustration of trying to simply open the plastic outer packaging...it ,s a wonder how you don't slice off your finger.....Once you open the outer hard plastic covering the doll is tied down with hard plastic security that can't be taken off.... you have hard wire wrapped around it's hand and feet that cannot be un - twisted off. I had to use a wire cutter....all this took a 1/2 hour to open......help....DO SOMETHING WITH THIS PACKAGEING....AND... Read more

I placed an order online and was given an incorrect address from my sister. So I called immediately shortly after I placed the order online. As I was speaking with the first two representatives to have the address changed or cancel my order, they told me oh well, too bad, it's already being processed for shipping so I have to call FedEx myself to have it returned. Went on line you told me it was in stock it wasn't on the shelf it took me nearly 30 mins to get any help from staff can't believes a good company like this keeps customers waiting this long.I will not use them again.There was about 6 customers waiting with complains and they all said they had been waiting about 30 mins.Would pay extra at another store and get a lot better service.Not happy staff couldnt be bother the only two that helped was a lady on the till and the warehouse manager.The customer service desk was complete rubbish they... My son is in the Military so I do not live in the same state as my grandchildren. I ordered two Easter Baskets online for delivery that said both were in stock but not available for in store pick up or I would have chose that option and they could have picked them up at the store in North Carolina. So I ordered for delivery and one basket came and I received an email that the other basket had been cancelled and was unavailable. So one of my grandchildren got a basket and the other one didn't. 9275 store in toledo oh is a racist store the employes are taught to target certain people as soon as they walk in the store they have a code the servie area people spread thur walkies. The employees who dont comply with this are written up for fake stuff and fired i have seen this happen im a district rep for a major company. These people denise f. Ann r. Kellie s.
