I bought a razor mx -650 and when i was asembeling it i notice that the motor was completely mest up and then the bike was scratched up i can return it now becuse they said i broke it. I would them to at least give me store credit but no so i spent almost ($600 549.00) i could have boght an iphone. Add comment

I recieved a toys R us coupon in the mail for 20% off any full priced item. I went to purchase a walker for my daughter and after finally finding a suitable item that was full priced (almost the whole store is slightly discounted- meaning normal prices are inflated) i took it to the register. LEGO had a promotion with TRU last week (May 9-14) where they were giving a free Captain America polybag to any purchase of a LEGO set. I was at the West Des Moines TRU earlier in the week and asked if one could buy this polybag and a rep there said any remaining polybags after said promotion was over would be placed on the shelves for general sale. I ordered an online -in store pickup order that said it would be ready within one hour. I intended to pick it up shortly after it was ready and already told intended recipient (a almost 3 year old) about it and showed her pictures - needless to say she was very excited. Went online to purchase an "in-stock" item to pick up in store, only to receive a call stating that it was the wrong item listed online as "in-stock". The clerk said they would cancel the order and she ensured me that my card would not be charged. Of course, when I went online to check my card, it had been charged. This was 04/16/16. he was cursing at employees! yelling and belittling them in front of guests! treats them like garbage! threatens with termination will not relocate them to other stores! this manager(david) is nasty and needs to be transferred somewhere else! this store always had polite managers this one is rude!! he treats his staff like they owe him something and they are beneath him!(needs to be drug tested) toys r us middle village needs a new manager... I Love ToysRUS I want to enter a complaint about the BabysoSweetDoll 16".... The frustration of trying to simply open the plastic outer packaging...it ,s a wonder how you don't slice off your finger.....Once you open the outer hard plastic covering the doll is tied down with hard plastic security that can't be taken off.... you have hard wire wrapped around it's hand and feet that cannot be un - twisted off. I placed an order online and was given an incorrect address from my sister. So I called immediately shortly after I placed the order online. As I was speaking with the first two representatives to have the address changed or cancel my order, they told me oh well, too bad, it's already being processed for shipping so I have to call FedEx myself to have it returned. Went on line you told me it was in stock it wasn't on the shelf it took me nearly 30 mins to get any help from staff can't believes a good company like this keeps customers waiting this long.I will not use them again.There was about 6 customers waiting with complains and they all said they had been waiting about 30 mins.Would pay extra at another store and get a lot better service.Not happy staff couldnt be bother the only two that helped was...
