Hi, Here is what happen with Toy's R us. I ordered a package. I put the correct address, but the website used the old one in memory. I called right away to change the address but they said they cannot do so. It seems that Toy's R Us cannot change addresses even though the package is not ship yet... The portage, mi location is the worse one ive ever been too. The store manager is extremly rude, i only know he was the store manager because when i went to complain about the man who was incredibly rude, he was the one the service people called to talk to me. The girl at the service desk, a red haired lady was just as rude. Why do you people think that you can insult and belittle someone? I will never shop there again, and ill be sure to spread... I placed an order online to pick up in store, was supposed to be ready in less than an hour. I was to receive an email informing that it would be ready and my son was going to pick it up. Hours went by and not email so I told him to go ahead and go to the store and pick it up because I had just been notified that my debit card was charged. Stockton California's Toys R Us clearly has an unprofessional and unresponsive manager named Yvonne. When a issue developed with a truly condescending clerk who was bothered to have to serve me, then when I showed my id for credit card purchase and wasn't quick enough to show her my credit card stated in a very snotty manner, "Why do you think I need ID?" as if she was talking to someone ten steps below her. How ridiculous it is that items from registry are being shipped separately like one package will only have pacifiers, makes me look *** Not mentioned anywhere on the site or at checkout, Called to complain, Customer service is a big zero, ignorant and don't give a *** about your inquiry

I've been a regular customer at the Toys R us in Massapequa for many many years and have never dealt with such a nasty store manager. He never smiles, greets or even tries to help me find what i'm looking for. I have heard him speak horribly and just degrade his employees while on the sales floor in front of customers. They are a disorganized company! I waited 3 weeks for package over a mistake they did and I never got the package and they never gave me and information on it either. I had to call 1 time a week for those 3 weeks for a follow up till the 3rd week they told me they no longer had the item in stock and will give me a refund. Horrible service! Never again will I shop with this disorganized company!

The cost for me to visit the store is 30 dollars fuel. I called in advance to check stock, told twice by two different employees stock was ok. I arrive,pick up the toy, to get home and be told by my daughter (birthday present ) that is wasn't the one she wanted. Bought some Disney infinity characters and got a price match from Bestbuy.com. So I purchased more characters And again, they were featured cheaper 2 days later on bestbuy.com. When I went to Toys R Us on the second set of characters I was told first that they don't price match bestbuy.com. Ive been buying from toys r us for years now. Through the year i buy gifts for christmas and birthdays then its easier as time gets closer to make sure everybody is happy. When i walk in there and i hit a bargain i usually make a lay bye and get it out asap. These days you can hardly laybye anything.
