Toys R Us - Item Not Received as Promised
I placed an order with Toys R Us for several items and the items were shipped in separate packaging. I received one box and one of the items that was listed as shipped was not in the box.
I called Toys R Us and I was assured that the item would go out next day and I would receive it by Christmas. I didn't receive the item so I called the day after Christmas and spoke with customer service. I was told the my credit card was credited for the amount and that the item was not available.
And...one of the other items did not work and all I got was an apology. Never and I repeat never will I shop at Toys R Us online or in the store..

My credit card was not credited so once again I called Toys R Us. I was told that it was Paypal's fault and they would contact Paypal. I was credited finally after 2 months but the bottom line is I was promised an item for Christmas and I did not get it.
