Called everyday since Dec 20 about a due refund of 134. Always got the same response it should be in your email within 24 - 48 hours.

Needless to say it is now January 8th and I am still waiting on the refund not to mention that I have been hung up on three times and have spoken to over a dozen customer service agents and four supervisors. Had to eventually ask for the process of retriving call records for the phone conversations that were being held because they were blatantly lying about some of the information that they said they had never recived from me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $134.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
