I ordered a holiday bundle nintendo 3DS XL for my grandson to be delivered to my home on or before 1/16/13.I called and opened a carrier claim on 1/18.

I was told it would take 7-14 business days. I called again on 2/8 and was told I would hear back in 2-3 business days. I did not. I called again on 2/15 and they said a refund would be received 7-10 business days.

I called again on 2/27 and they said they would have corporate call me within 3-5 days and that a credit was approved by corporate on 2/19.

On 3/7 they are telling me that it would take 7-14 business days.I am out almost $300.00.

Monetary Loss: $275.
