What a joke. Not even sure why they have a brick and mortar location.

Will just order online from now on. People at the store are so incompetent. Called ahead to verify selection and never reached anyone. Phone just rang and rang and rang.

Called back an hour later and got the same thing. Went to store anyways to redeem Toys R Us rewards. Better off just shopping elsewhere. Selection is poor, quality of customer service is also poor.

Had over $100.00 in merchandise literally in the bag and walked out due to employee negligence. No one seemed to care about me or my business. Went across the street to the Lego Store and made exact same purchase their.

Made me wonder why I even went to Toys R Us to begin with. Sad sad sad.
