Worst customer service, ever. I asked the cashier to look up my rewards card number she gave me the dirtiest look and told me that she gave it to me the last time I was there.

I don't even remember the last time I was at this store. I asked to speak to the manager, another dirty look. She left the counter and left me standing with my stuff to help the other customer. Manager apologized but damaged was done.

Having two kids and six nephews and living only five miles away, I have been shopping at this store for years but this place became a dump with nasty people working there. I just called Toys R Us customer service and filed a compalin.

She said someone will call me back in 3 to 5 business days. I will update when or if they do.

Monetary Loss: $80.
