I ordered a item online from toys r us and it was cancelled because item wasn't in stock. Only to find out my credit card still showed pending amount for that item.
Called credit card co was told it would stay as pending until 3rd of jan. Called Toys R Us was told they couldn't doing anything and that all the supervisors were busy when I wanted to speak to one. Is that good business? I want everyone to know this is how Toys R Us does business.
It is the holiday season and now I cannot use that money until jan 3rd!
Thats wrong when it's probably as easy as pushing a button! BEWARE!!!!!!
