I purchased an xbox kinect on cyber monday for a good price. The shipping was a bit high but still a good deal because it came with a "free" extra controller.
They shipped me the controller and then several days later I recieved an email from them stating that my order could not be filled and my credit card would not be charged. I was charged almost $20 shipping for the cheap "free" controller. Seriously?
They can give me my $20 "shipping" back and I will gladly give them their cheap controller back. I have not been able to get through to customer service and have tried several times.
