0 comments charged my credit card, and never delivered a gift card to my little cousins in Canada. I ordered the giftcard online.

I ordered it in October, and followed up in December, when I realized that the gift had never been received by my relatives in Canada. Replaced it with one from Had great difficulty reaching them by phone, Then, spent 45 minutes on phone one time, and a half hour another time. They claim to have no record of my order.

Why, then, was I charged? I finally had to get my credit card company to remove the charge.

Monetary Loss: $100.
