I've never been late on a payment so when I realize my payment hadn't gone through, I called the company and was told that they would take the late fee of $30 off, so instead of the &55 being do, it should've been only $25 due,,, to my SURPRISE,, im NOW!! being told that, i still have to pay the $55, for April, to add insult to injury, my credit limit, has been decreased,, not due to any fault of mine on,, my credit score has actually gotten better, I DONT UNDERSTAND,,IM NOT HAPPY WITH TOY R US,, I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT TOYS R US,, I'd rather become a loyal Walmart Customer
