I place a order on the 8th and everything went ok I have not received my stuff yet nor do I think it should be here yet my problem is I woke up this morning and had a 10.85 charge on my credit card and it was not made by me after waiting on hold for a hour and 45 min I was told there was nothing they can do they said somone else made the puruchase and I should take it up with my credit card company mind you the purashce was made at 850 this morning on the 10 I asked why can you just cancelled it they said because we can't I ask to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the supervisor will not get on the phone with me and that there was nothing they could do for me I will no longer do business with them ever again I had this experience once before two years ago and now I'm having it again they could easily just cancel the order and then the thief will not be able to purchase it on my credit card they will not get the item but now they can't cancel it it hasn't been sent out and hasn't been anything they're making it harder for the customer and I will not do business with them ever again and I would suggest nobody else do business with them again it is the Christmas season they suggested it to me if they cancel my credit card on the 10th which will take 2 weeks for me together again which mind you it is a prepaid credit card that I get around the holidays so I don't run out my credit card so now I'm going to have to cancel a credit card that has $700 in cash on it and wait 2 weeks to get it back that doesn't little bit of damage on my car all my Christmas shopping Toys R Us does not help their customers out because they could have easily cancelled it and I know it doesn't seem like much but it's only a $10.84 purchase but I did not make it and they seem to not care about their customers sincerely Melissa Murphy @

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of toys r us customer care. Toys R Us needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
