same thing happened to me. bought a minimoto motorcycle in 2006 and the warranty.

they refused to give a refund and said contact manufacturer. it took many calls and emails and searches to find that. a year later minimoto sent a tire to repair the flat one. my son was so excited he tore it apart and tried to fix it himself.

now parts are missing. it took another 6 months to get the instructions. which are worthless now.

toys r us had to count over a hundred dollars in change son saved to help buy this toy. cost 300.

Monetary Loss: $300.

It clearly states on and inside the box in a huge red sign STOP DO NOT RETURN TO THE RETAIL STORE OF PURCHASED ALL INQUIRES WILL BE MADE THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER, WOW seriously people these days, poor them their so *** and uncapible of reading more less following directions!!!
