same thing happened to me.bought a minimoto motorcycle in 2006 and the warranty.
they refused to give a refund and said contact manufacturer. it took many calls and emails and searches to find that. a year later minimoto sent a tire to repair the flat one. my son was so excited he tore it apart and tried to fix it himself.
now parts are missing. it took another 6 months to get the instructions. which are worthless now.
toys r us had to count over a hundred dollars in change son saved to help buy this toy.cost 300.
