Had a action figure sent to the house. The box was completely open,missing items,no shipping label.

customer service was absolutely horrible. incompetent extremely unhelpful workers.

four times I called customer service and I got the runaround every single time. each time the representative stated they had send me a confirmation email for a new product to be shipped after 35 minutes on the phone with the same representatives who could not produce an email or a confirmation I was hung up on after I asked to speak to a supervisor.
