They kept telling me what store to go to purchase a specific item and everytime I went it was not available. The phone representative acted clueless and gave me and the store assistance a hard time.

I request a phone manager and he refused. I even requested another representative to talk to and nothing. Then I had to waste my time telling her all the codes of each reward I used to purchase it so I can get my toysys reward point back.

With 2 kids at tge store, one crying after being there over 1.5 hours is ridiculous. I am angry, and I never get angry.
