Not resolved

It appears as if I am not alone in my recent Toys R Us online shopping trouble. I placed an order for 3 items to receive free shipping on my order.

I received an email today stating that one of the items I had ordered (while listed as IN STOCK) online was unavailable.

They removed the item from my order, and charged my credit card prior to shipping (which they say they don't do...) 10 business days to receive my refund for the items and shipping cost. Thanks for ruining my Christmas, Toys R Us, you inconsiderate jerky jerks!
