I made a purchase of several items at Toys R Us online on Black Friday. Before I have even received the last item, they are on sale this week for 30% off, until 12/13.
I called their customer service line, and they said I only had 7 days for price match (It's been 9) and in any case, they don't price match themselves. So my recourse is to go to the store and return the items for a full refund, and re-purchase them. What a hassle!
Instead of just giving me an adjustment of $21, they will make me use gas, waste my and their employees' time, and end up with the same result. One BIG difference- NEXT time I'm shopping for toys, I won't be shopping at Toys R Us!
