Ordered two kids watches and site said they would be ready within the hour.So I waited 4hours hoping to mail them today.Went to store and they still werent ready.So i asked Customer Rep if she could help.Her response was,"there's nothing I can do". Took 30 min to get home only to be notified the items were ready.Worst customer service and lazy ,uninterested employees.I've since checked online and low and behold many others have experienced the same thing.An employee inservice is needed at this store.Things like this turn people off.When they applied for the job i'm sure they didn't give the impression that waiting on customers was a CHORE.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Toys R Us. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Toys R Us to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
